- Deep-fried spring roll
- Hoi An rice Pancake (Banh Xeo) with pork and prawns
- Fresh spring roll without the rice paper (Hoi An spring roll)
- Nem Lui: Nem lui is a traditional Vietnamese dish consists of ground pork that’s grilled on a lemongrass skewer
- Green papaya salad and rice crackers
- Please inform your local guide about any food allergies you may have, and whether you can eat the fish sauce and eggs. we also cater to vegetarians.
- Schedule: 2 times per day
- Morning time:
- 8:30 am: Meet our tour guide at the meeting point in Hoi An
- 8.45 am:Transfer to Central Market ( buy fresh ingredients for cooking)
- 9.20 am: Take a bicycle to vist around Cam Nam Island. We discover what a beautiful life at small Island ( Fishing Village).
On the way go to the Local House for cooking class. We will stop at many places to chat with local people, take photos, visit traditional craft villages on how to make lanterns, how to cook fish, how to cook clams, see fishing boat landing sites.
10.30am : Ready for cooking with 5 special Dishes
- 11.30: Have Vietnamese style lunch with local people
- 1:00 pm: End the tour and return to Hoi An ancient town or your hotel
- Afternoon After:
- 2.30 pm: Meet our tour guide at the meeting point in Hoi An
- 2.45pm: Transfer to Central Market ( buy fresh ingredients for cooking)
